Games afternoon at BAR OMI, entirely in the style of the Turkish coffee house, where backgammon (also known as “tavla”) is a beloved tradition.

On Sunday, 20 July, BAR OMI transformed into a Turkish coffee house, with steaming tea, oriental music, typical film scenes and an old-fashioned game of backgammon. For beginners, there were short instructional videos to learn all the tips and tricks of the game, while the seasoned dice masters took their places behind the game board. What started as a relaxed afternoon of games quickly turned into an exciting tournament between the best players.
