Rotterdam’s smallest art gallery, the renowned Aanschouw, can be found just around the corner from OMI, next to Cafe Hensepeter. Every week, the displayed artwork changes, a tradition upheld for over 20 years. For three consecutive weeks, OMI features young architects with original ideas for the reuse of materials: Studio Method, Md2-architects and Stadsgrond.

In the Aanschouw, these designers do not show a final product, but present a spatial work as a snapshot of the thinking and making process. Each work foreshadows a future without waste.
