The second edition of the Career Café is coming to OMI — a space dedicated to women navigating the Dutch working environment, with a focus on spatial planning and design. This session centres around a topic that touches many professionals: burn-out.

The evening opens with a short breathing exercise, followed by a series of speed dates — small, rotating group conversations with experts. Topics include mental health and work-life balance, the burn-out route in the design world, what to do when getting sick, prevention, recognising early warning signs, and finding calm during a stressful workday.

The night closes with an open group discussion and time for drinks and conversation.
