Come join us for the closing evening of BAR OMI – and bid for your favourite miniature artworks!For this special evening, 68 emerging and established Rotterdam artists and architects have taken on Rotterdam’s smallest canvas, appropriating the standard keychains and turning them into something of their own.
Expect a performative but very real auction led by Esmée Dros and Wietske Flederus, who will guide you through an evening of music, bidding and plenty of surprises along the way. All proceeds from the auction will go to the Niet Graag Een Lege Maag Foundation, supporting children experiencing food insecurity.
Come for the art, stay for the music, and see if you can take home your favourite tiny keychain art!

Esmée Dros is a graphic designer, working primarily within the cultural and museal sector. Guided by fun and curiosity, her practice spans a wide range of disciplines within (graphic) design, from writing and workshops to spatial design and artistic research.
Wietske Flederus is a scenographer and interdisciplinary artist. She creates instruction-based, participatory performances that invite participants to explore cooperation and mutual dependence. This leads to unexpected encounters and new understandings of our surroundings.
